How long does it take to send the pictures?

Shipping of the prints takes 7-14 days.

Canvases within Germany and Austria approx. 14 days.

To Switzerland and other EU countries approx. 4 weeks.

Transport to all other countries is  discussed individually.

How are the canvases transported?

In Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we work with a specialized art transport company. Each work is carefully protected with corner protectors and wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure optimal protection.

For shipping to other countries, we additionally secure the pictures in sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive undamaged, even on longer journeys.

What happens if a work arrives damaged?

If a work of art arrives damaged despite our careful packaging, please contact me by email within 14 days of receipt. Together, we will find the best solution—be it an exchange, repair, or refund, depending on the type of work and the extent of the damage.

What is excluded from exchange or return?

Please note that damage caused by improper handling after unpacking is not covered by the right of return.

• Original charcoal drawings are fixed, but can smudge if rubbed too hard.

• Art prints have a delicate surface that can be easily damaged when unpacked.

We therefore recommend that you handle the works carefully when unpacking them, ideally wearing gloves – this will ensure their quality is maintained over time.

Do all pictures come framed?

The canvases always come with a solid wood shadow gap frame.

The prints are unframed; I recommend oak with a mount.

Can you see the pictures in real life?

I have a studio and showroom in Hamburg, so feel free to schedule an appointment. Upcoming exhibitions will be announced on Instagram.

Can I return original artwork?

Originals purchased directly from our gallery are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. Therefore, exchanges or returns are only possible after individual consultation and as a gesture of goodwill. Please contact us directly if necessary.

What is the return policy for online orders of originals or art prints?

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to all purchases made through our online shop:

• You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

• You will bear the costs of return shipping unless otherwise stated in our Terms and Conditions.

• Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price and standard shipping costs.

Are there any exceptions to the right of withdrawal?

Yes. The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• individually produced works (e.g. special formats, personalized orders or commissioned works),

• digital products (e.g. downloads) once you have expressly agreed that we may begin execution.

What applies to art prints I buy in the store?

There is no legal right of return for purchases made in our gallery. Returns are only possible on a voluntary basis.
